GARCIA-ARANA -- To Alberto Garcia and Silvia Arana of Yakima, a daughter, Monserrat Garcia Arana, 7 pounds, 6 ounces, at 4:05 p.m. on Sept. 5, 2008. Grandparents are Bertha Aragon and Alberto Garcia and Evodia Rosas, all of Mexico.
